Sue is a Senior Account Manager and has served as an integral member of the Cecy Insurance Services team, working side by side with Brian Cecy since 2005. She has a long history with its clients and with the insurance industry in general.

Sue came to Cecy Insurance after working 25+ years as a Human Resource and Benefits manager and became a licensed insurance agent in 2006. Her career began in payroll management for large corporations, but her communication and interpersonal skills coupled with her strong sense of ethics eventually moved her into Human Resource management. With her experience in this market, she understands the difficulty employers face in providing a strong benefits package to attract and retain talented employees that both fits within an employer’s budget and satisfies the needs of the company.

Sue enjoys being able to help others understand and benefit from the world of health insurance. Her commitment to high-quality customer service and her insistence on going above and beyond to meet her client’s needs has garnered her a distinct loyalty in the small group arena. Sue brings to Cecy Insurance Services a wealth of knowledge of the complicated and nuanced world of health insurance and serves as both an educator and trainer on the subject. In 2010 Sue received the Health Net Outstanding Performance award as a Top Producer.

Sue has two daughters and three grandsons. She loves playing with her grandchildren, Pilates, the beach, hunting for sea glass and hockey.
